Absence

Let's all take an absence from media.
Let us promote Presence and InJoyment of Life
- in Nature, with Animals, for Friends and Family.

#PositivePostsPlease

Everyday write/post/upload/tweet/speak about least one new thing, living being, thought/feeling, or experience you are Grateful for!
If you struggle, take a moment to make someone else feel good with a simple old-fashioned greeting, specific compliment, or thoughtful gesture.
Share not to boast, posture, or for ego.
Share to inspire, motivate, and connect.
Now more than ever we need positivity over negativity.
Be the revolution and use hash tags,

All Life Matters

To not suffer ourselves, we must seek to end all suffering.
We must always look beyond ourselves.
And not just humankind.
Anything that can feel can suffer.
Suffering comes back to you just like the benefits of a good deed.

Live Without Barriers

Some hearts will never open.
Some minds will never be changed.
Step down from the podium of blame.
Don’t allow yourself to be held back.
Prevail. Succeed. Live. Be Happy.

I AM...

After lending a co-worker "The Secret", she came up with this...

What if Heaven was a place...

What if Heaven was a place your mind goes when your body fails (or dies)? The mind’s energy would live on, continuing to produce joyful experiences based on your memory.  The positive mood enhancing chemicals would take over and create absolute euphoria. It would not be like a drug-like induced state or a dream. Rather, it would be an actual experience for the soul and spirit in every way with all senses involved. All of the people, things, places, feelings, and moments that gave you joy were reinstated as your eternal experience --- incorporated to create new experiences just as pleasant as the initial.
Concentrate on this. Imagine what your Heaven would be like and write it out like a short story. List the people, places, and things you want to have there.  Think about your idea of a perfect day and all it would include. This could be your Heaven. It could be your Heaven on Earth. Because when you focus on so much positively, you’re going to create a better experience for yourself. The positive energy you use to create a better world can carry-on

Imagine. Focus. Be.

Try Something New, Dream Big! Create a Vision Board!

Maybe some of those New Year resolutions just didn’t pan out like you thought they would. Spring is another time of newness and rejuvenation; do some Spring cleaning! In other words, declutter and rid yourself of the things that don’t work in your life and do some soul searching!
The purpose of a Vision Board (aka Dream Board) is to help you focus on your dreams, goals, and aspirations in life. Some say it’s a magical process...
Start with a poster board or old cardboard – reusing will bless your board with good karma!   All you have to do is take pictures (from magazines, your phone, the internet, etc.) that depict your goals or things you want to obtain. If you can’t find the right pictures, you can also spell it out with words. Just cut out whole words or letters from publications and attach them to your board. You can add backgrounds and more things for inspiration. Pick a theme like sports, your career, education, hobbies or leave it all inclusive like most do.
The board will continue to grow and expand as you accomplish your goals and think of new ones. You can also make a stack of books that inspire you or use your cubicle wall as a Vision Board. There are no wrong ways to create your Vision Board.
My Vision Board started
with hopes of Obama's administration,
my college education, career goals,
and moving to Columbus.
Enjoy!

I added animal rights, more traveling, and  more about work and education. About 7 of these items have come to fruition.

Here, I took a digital picture of my Vision Board and began to add digital pix to it through a software program.
